FAQ
-
Why do services cost so much compared to a detail I've gotten before?
Pricing is based on the level of service we provide. There are many mobile detailers/shops that like to promote “lowest pricing guaranteed” but we can assure you that when running a business if your the cheapest in town there are corners your cutting or not being truthful about products and series being provided.
-
How long should I expect a service to take?
Time of completion will range based on what services are being provided. We are not a “in n out” service - Simple interior and exteriors will take us about 2 hours (even on the smallest car) while paint correction services can take multiple days to complete. If you are on a time crunch - absolutely let us know before hand and we can let you know if service is possible or a reschedule may need to take place.

I just got my car detailed, what next?
Nothing beats a freshly detailed vehicle - but routine cleanings will be imperative if you want to keep your vehicle looking like new. We know auto washes are convenient and there’s many cheap car wash guys at your gym/office but trust us when we say those operations are not focused on maintaining any services you just had done. We strongly suggest that you contact us for your next wash or full cleaning to ensure the right products and processes are used to keep your vehicle looking its best.

I hear so much online about ceramic coatings - what's so good about them?
Professional grade ceramic coatings are going to be the latest and greats on the market when it comes to protecting your vehicle. Ceramic coatings will add a thick layer on top of your cleat coat to protect it from any organic debris etching into your paint, make it less susceptible to marring & cut your regular hand wash time in half - but ceramic is not fire proof, the better you take care of your car the better it will look and the longevity will hold up. With that being said there are a lot of cheap “ceramic” products on the market that will not perform the way you want. After we ceramic your car/boat/rv, with proper maintenance your coating can last up to 3+ years.

How can I maintain my vehicle after its service?
We offer mobile and drop off maintenance services that are designed to get your vehicle all cleaned up and back to looking like it did post detail. Just let us know how often you’d like it to be seen and we will take car of the rest. (We currently have clients on a weekly services, every other month services & anything in between.)
-
What would make my service be on the high end of the pricing scale?
Interiors and polishing are always the two biggest factors when quoting a job. The interior of your car has so many cracks and crevices that need attending to and depending on how you upkeep you vehicle or if there’s things like pet hair, sand or dirt in your car can make the job go from 30 mins to 4 hours fast. Likewise polishing can take 1 day to 1 week to complete depending on the severity of defects in your paint and how hard or soft your paint is to correct. With our knowledge of paint correction and tools to help us determine what polishing steps need to be done to make your vehicle look like new we can give you a pretty good ballpark of how long any polishing should take.
